This is my 16th car purchase from Van Horn in the last 10 years. As always, I deal with salesman Jeff Keys and sales manager Alex Perone. This purchase they allowed me to take the vehicle home for the night to see if it was the right fit for me. I really appreciated that gesture and it helped with my decision. I have purchased so many vehicles from Van Horn Hyundai in FDL I imagine they will send me a frequent buyers card at some point. A+++ experience and I look forward to # 17! More
So excited about my new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid! I love working with Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac, this is the second vehicle we purchased from them in less than 4 years. Super friendly and helpful, especially Alan Brandt! I called to inquire about the status of the Santa Fe Calligraphy (which was listed online as in transit), he not only promptly returned my call with updated info, he put a hold on the vehicle with a small deposit and kept me up to date on it’s arrival. It showed up this morning, 4 days ahead of expected arrival! After some training on its new technology and a nice drive around the area checking out all the new features while my paperwork was being completed, I’m heading home with my new car! I bought a 2016 hyundai Tucson in 2018. I was told it was a manufacturer buyback. First customer was unhappy. It was bought back and a computer module recall was put out and car was fixe I was told it was a manufacturer buyback. First customer was unhappy. It was bought back and a computer module recall was put out and car was fixed and updated. I've had the car all these years and the performance got worse. Lagging when accelerating after stopping. Losing or burning oil which there's a lawsuit for that hyundai won't address. But, my problem with Van Horn is that they did not inform me that manufacturer buyback means lemon! I went to trade in my car a few weeks ago and was told it has a salvage title and cut my trade in value down by half! Carfax reports says it's a lemon. I called van horn and no one has called me back. Very disappointed and lesson learned. I will never buy a manufacturer buyback vehicle again. Update.. dealership did call back and offered an apology. More
They were very helpful.
