Had both of our Elantra’s serviced in the last week. Pleased to report we’re very satisfied with the work done, especially on the one I drive. Visit entailed lube/oil/filter, plus fixing the airbag sensor which has been intermittantly on past two weeks. As I was pulling out of the dealer lot,....the light came back on!! Went back in and report sensor which has been intermittantly on past two weeks. As I was pulling out of the dealer lot,....the light came back on!! Went back in and reported the issue was not fixed. I didn't have time to wait some more as I had been there 2 hours. I said I'd come back another day. Kevin (service manager) saw me leave and knew I wasn't happy so he came out to my car, and said to leave the car and offered a vehicle to get me home. THANK YOU Kevin!!! Turns out part had to be ordered, car will remain at dealership until repaired. More
