Friendly people but terrible to deal with. They lowballed my trade in, $3k less than KBB instant offer in their website. Very good condition and they used excuse "it's not always accurate. Since they lowballed my trade and wouldn't budge even $100 on my purchase, i asked to at least give me a full tank of gas instead of half tank on my purchase, they wouldn't even do that! Then when I finally purchased the new vehicle, they took it in the back to "clean" for about 45 minutes. It wasn't even clean after, cupholders had gunk in them. If i didn't want that particular vehicle I wouldn't have bought from this dealer. The only positive thing was I was offered a bottle of water. Wow. Also, a few days later, the idle of vehicle is ruining strange. They say they do thorough inspection, but I don't believe that at all. I know they are a business and need to make money, but I got totally taken. I wouldn't even recommend my grandma to shop here. More
