Well, i wanted to give a 5 star review but after sales is terrible at this dealership. I purchased a truck and was happy with my purchase, but once I received my plates, they listed my vehicle as a "C" tr terrible at this dealership. I purchased a truck and was happy with my purchase, but once I received my plates, they listed my vehicle as a "C" truck which is a vehicle 8000-10000lbs, think food truck sized. I purchased a Ram 1500 which has a gross vehicle weight of 6900 lbs. Another issued is that they sent in paperwork stating the truck is RED and the truck is clearly BLACK. Note: When i was signing paperwork, one of the papers said RED and i had the finacial guy correct that, so im not sure if he submitted the incorrect paperwork that i didnt sign or what. I called on Wed August 10th and im still waiting back for an update, now the salesman Nick has not answered my last 3 calls since Monday August 15th after he stated he was going to give me a call later that day. I reached out to someone else in the dealership and they stated that they would have a manager call me. Still waiting on that call as well. Again, I would have happily given 5 stars if the dealership sent in the correct paperwork. Now this has been such a pain in the xxx, my temp plates expire in 2 days and now im basically left to figure this out on my own when the dealership was the one who submitted the incorrect paperwork. More
