Brandon was great in finding the car that I wanted. It's perfect and I love it! Brandon was very helpful in setting up the bluetooth and helping me feel familiar with my new set of wheels. Brandon was very helpful in finding us a 2012 Sonata Limited with the Turbo engine. The vehicle was what we wanted and Brandon was very knowledgeable of all of the functions and acessories when we took Limited with the Turbo engine. The vehicle was what we wanted and Brandon was very knowledgeable of all of the functions and acessories when we took delivery. A very easy and pleasant purchase. More
Found the GTO on the internet. Was the color and year I was looking for. I live about 80 miles from the dealership. Call them and they work out the financing before I drove to Fond du Lac to inspect the ca was looking for. I live about 80 miles from the dealership. I'm in the market for a new car. Like Hyundai but very frustated with the buying experence here. Before showing or explaining the cars features and explaining the difference between the GLS and SE. Before frustated with the buying experence here. Before showing or explaining the cars features and explaining the difference between the GLS and SE. Before selling me on the dealership and the service it provides we go right for the close with the what will it take to get you to buy today? All this might be okay but this person may not know about the product or think any imformation about it is important. It's like going into a box store and buying a tv. The person waiting on you was selling shoes the week before. For me it's to large and important of a purchase to deal with it this way or mayb the salesman and me are just not compatable. I'm not giving up on Hyundai just yet. Going to try and find another dealership. More
I really like the 2012 Hyundai Sonata that I recently purchased at Van Horn. The sales team did a great job and was very friendly. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I have purchased from Van Horn and each h purchased at Van Horn. The sales team did a great job and was very friendly. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I have purchased from Van Horn and each has been an outstanding experience. The Service department is also great. More
It was clear that this dealer cares about having life-time customers. They see the importance of keeping customers happy for the future. They are good a dealing though, sometimes when we ask a quest life-time customers. They see the importance of keeping customers happy for the future. They are good a dealing though, sometimes when we ask a question like "why is the sticker price of this used vehicle marked up higher than a similar new vehicle," they would just brush it off saying they did not know because they did not know who did the pricing. In the end we made a good deal and they worked for me to get a very competitive interest rate. I do love my vehicle and I would go back to them in the future. More
Could it be anymore obivious that the Sales Department writes it's own "Great Experience" reviews!?!? They aren't even close to believeable!!!! You guys might have fair pricing, but that doesn't mean that writes it's own "Great Experience" reviews!?!? They aren't even close to believeable!!!! You guys might have fair pricing, but that doesn't mean that you have to give up good customer service for it. More
Although I got a great price on a used vehicle at this dealership, my experience was less than appetizing. This was my first ever long distance internet purchase. I later flew into Milwaukee airport to dealership, my experience was less than appetizing. This was my first ever long distance internet purchase. I later flew into Milwaukee airport to pick up the vehicle after making the deal by phone. PROBLEMS: - Vehicle advertised as Certified, turns out wasn't an actual Certified vehicle. - Vehicle had bumper damage, I was promised by salesman that a NEW bumper would be installed. It wasn't, it was repaired satisfactorily, but when you are told it will be a NEW bumper, that is what you expect. - Vehicle sold as a GT Limited. Was just a GT, not a limited. Hyundai USA ran the VIN for me by phone and gave me the bad news. My bill of sale even says GT Limited. Tim Goeckerman, the General Manager at this dealership, is not the most customer friendly individual. Just because you get a good price doesn't and shouldn't mean that you have to accept false promises and false advertising (my opinion). I am considering legal (small claims action) against Tim G. and this dealership. I did get a nice car for the price, it was just all the other sour milk items I had to deal with that left a very bad taste in this customer's mouth! More
They may advertise themselves as no haggle and low pressure but this couldn't be further from the truth. I have been to over 30 dealerships in the last few months and they are BY FAR the highest press pressure but this couldn't be further from the truth. I have been to over 30 dealerships in the last few months and they are BY FAR the highest pressure and toughest negotiators. Salesman was rude and tried every trick in the book to get me to bite, when I didn't he was visibly upset. The Manager was nice though. Not saying this is a terrible dealership, just be prepared for the typical salesman tricks to get a good commissions. As long as you are on your toes and willing to walk away (which I did VERY quickly) you'll be alright. On a side note, I have to laugh at some of the reviews on here. Could Van Horn make it any more obvious they are writing their own good reviews? A little shady if you ask me... More
