All this might be okay but this person may not know about the product or think any imformation about it is important. It's like going into a box store and buying a tv. The person waiting on you was selling shoes the week before. For me it's to large and important of a purchase to deal with it this way or mayb the salesman and me are just not compatable. It was clear that this dealer cares about having life-time customers. They see the importance of keeping customers happy for the future. In the end we made a good deal and they worked for me to get a very competitive interest rate. I do love my vehicle and I would go back to them in the future. More
