Had been searching online for a Toyota Sienna. Liked the number of photos and the accessibility of car fax to get a closer look at the vehicle’s history. The dealership agreed to put the vehicle up on a hoist so we could see the amount of wear underneath. They offered competitive financing with better rates than our bank. The paperwork was expedited so we could complete our purchase & have the rest of the day for other things. Overall they were attentive and transparent. Would we buy from Van Horn again? Brian was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.
