We bought a used car from Van Horn @ 4 years ago. We had a great experience with them at that time, so when it was time to replace our other car, went back again to just look at what was on the lot and mayb a great experience with them at that time, so when it was time to replace our other car, went back again to just look at what was on the lot and maybe get some ideas. We met Francis, talked with him, told him what we wanted and what we DIDN'T want . He suggested we take a look at a Mazda 5. We fell in love right away but never thought it possible to be able to afford a brand new vehicle. We were very interested in the car but needed a little time to think it over, do a little research and just sleep on it. Francis was totally respectful of that, understood, we shook hands and parted friends with the promise that we'd be back one way or another. Van Horn's finance people went to work for us, we did the research on the vehicle and long and short of it, were back a week later to pick up our brand new car. The customer service we received was over the top!! The follow up AFTER we purchased the car was amazing. We had a couple phone calls just to see if we had any questions and to see how we were doing with the car. We did have a question about a warning light, called the service department and was assured what we saw was perfectly normal. Everyone at Van Horn, from Francis our sales person to Bob in finance , to Natalie who went over the ins and outs of the dealership with us, to the service person I spoke with, to the office staff who made the follow-up phone calls were outstanding! We felt like we were the most important customers ever! We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and know that we will be returning customers for any future needs. While having my car serviced for a L.O.F. & rotation of tires, I took advantage of the customer waiting room & enjoyed a cup of coffee with a snack. The showroom and all around facilities were very neat and clean while providing a very relaxing atmosphere to do business. Through the use of some facebook coupons from Van Horn, my total bill was very reasonable ($40.90)with a complete multi-inspection also performed on my car. With this type of service and price, I will always go back to Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan, WI for all of my car maintenance. Thomas E.
