We went to Van Horn Hyundia with the intentions on test driving a "preowned" Santa Fe. We thought that maybe new would be a better option for us. This was my first time having to take in my vehicle in for any service work and was in for a standard oil change. Was greeted with a warm hello from the Scott when walking through the door. The driver was very talkative and made the 15 minute ride to work enjoyable. The vehicle was done when I got back and spent all of 5 minutes paying for the bill and the only reason it took that long was because the person explained that everything looked pretty good with my vehicle, but may want to keep on eye on the the minor issue with the worn brakes that I have on the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and did the best to get me in and out as quick as possible. More

We bought a used car from Van Horn @ 4 years ago. We had a great experience with them at that time, so when it was time to replace our other car, went back again to just look at what was on the lot and mayb a great experience with them at that time, so when it was time to replace our other car, went back again to just look at what was on the lot and maybe get some ideas. We met Francis, talked with him, told him what we wanted and what we DIDN'T want . He suggested we take a look at a Mazda 5. We fell in love right away but never thought it possible to be able to afford a brand new vehicle. We were very interested in the car but needed a little time to think it over, do a little research and just sleep on it. Francis was totally respectful of that, understood, we shook hands and parted friends with the promise that we'd be back one way or another. Van Horn's finance people went to work for us, we did the research on the vehicle and long and short of it, were back a week later to pick up our brand new car. The customer service we received was over the top!! The follow up AFTER we purchased the car was amazing. We had a couple phone calls just to see if we had any questions and to see how we were doing with the car. We did have a question about a warning light, called the service department and was assured what we saw was perfectly normal. Everyone at Van Horn, from Francis our sales person to Bob in finance , to Natalie who went over the ins and outs of the dealership with us, to the service person I spoke with, to the office staff who made the follow-up phone calls were outstanding! We felt like we were the most important customers ever! We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and know that we will be returning customers for any future needs.
