I took my Hyundai Sonata in to the dealership because the engine just sounded awful after the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, didn't even have an appointm engine just sounded awful after the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, didn't even have an appointment just showed up and they took me in. They diagnosed the first fix, fixed the vehicle, and told me it was ready to go. Unfortunately when I turned on the car I immediately knew the problem wasn't fixed. They then diagnosed a new problem which was a bit pricey but necessary. This is what I really liked about the situation - although I wasn't happy that it was going to cost me additional money to get it fixed, they were able to work with me and made me feel comfortable about the new fix. They bent over backwards to make me feel good. It also helped that I had a brand new - awesome loaner for the week while my vehicle was being sent parts and it was getting fixed. Overall very good experience, I would go back, they treat you with respect and understand where the customer is coming from and that is all I ask. More

I was looking for a luxury car for several months and every dealer I went to took the fun out of car buying. Everybody was being very friendly even sales people that I wasn't even dealing with. My sales person was Tom Lewis, he was very polite and very informative of every car we drove and worked hard for my wife and I. Michael Leon did all the hard work of finding the car that we were really looking for and did all of negotiating. When you tell Michael what you want for payment, he didn't show any car that was not in my budget, thank you Mike. Tina did survey after buying and she was a pleasure.
