I came in for a test drive and decided to buy the car. The whole process took forever and my sales rep. seemed to be going all over the place doing whatever even though it wasn't so busy. They didn't explain/answer everything clearly to me such as the price of everything or when I asked for how much it is with/without the coating protection but instead they just gave me the papers and basically said "sign here.. and here.. and here". The car already got a problem starting up just a day after I took the car home and I called them a couple days later. I explained the problem and all the sales rep. said was "I'll call you back." which he NEVER did. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone after this experience. More
I had been on the hunt for a particular vehicle, and found one listed on their website. I called one evening after hours, and Natalie picked up the phone. I asked if she could just verify for me that found one listed on their website. I called one evening after hours, and Natalie picked up the phone. I asked if she could just verify for me that the vehicle was still available. She said as far as she could tell, it was and that I should call back the next morning and speak to someone in sales. I made theone hour trip up to the dealership the next morning, where I met with Fred, drove the vehicle, and made a deal. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowledgable, and seemed to really care and listen to what my requirements for the vehicle were. Fred's product knowledge was outstanding! Negotiations were like two friends talking and there was no heavy pressure or dishonest tactics. Two days later I picked up the vehicle. While finishing the paperwork I was able to meet Natalie and thank her for going above and beyond to answer the phone after hours. Prior to leaving the dealership, Scott the sales manager came over and thanked me for my business. The next time I am looking for a vehicle they will definitely get first crack at it!!! Unfortunately, they are a little far away for me to be a regular service customer, or they would probably get that business too! More
This is my third car from this dealer. I have had a great experience with them each time. The staff is friendly and easy to work with! I live in Appleton, but I still come back to this dealer for my purchase experience with them each time. The staff is friendly and easy to work with! My service appointment was for 10am, and they were very prompt. I had scheduled a oil change and needed the tires rotated. He said it would take about an hour. Such excellent service. I took my Hyundai Sonata in to the dealership because the engine just sounded awful after the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, didn't even have an appointm engine just sounded awful after the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, didn't even have an appointment just showed up and they took me in. They diagnosed the first fix, fixed the vehicle, and told me it was ready to go. Unfortunately when I turned on the car I immediately knew the problem wasn't fixed. They then diagnosed a new problem which was a bit pricey but necessary. This is what I really liked about the situation - although I wasn't happy that it was going to cost me additional money to get it fixed, they were able to work with me and made me feel comfortable about the new fix. They bent over backwards to make me feel good. It also helped that I had a brand new - awesome loaner for the week while my vehicle was being sent parts and it was getting fixed. Overall very good experience, I would go back, they treat you with respect and understand where the customer is coming from and that is all I ask. More
