I have been heled by both Scott and Brian many times. Whenever I come in for service or with a queastion, they are very helpful. Recently the rubber came off of my back windshield wiper on the weekend. Whenever I come in for service or with a queastion, they are very helpful. I do not recall which one helped me that day, but they immediately found someone who went with me to the parts department to get the needed replacement piece for the wiper. Before being referred to Van Horn, I had spent about two weeks searching the internet and every car dealership around trying to find a good used vehicle that stayed within my budget. He took the time and listened to what I was needing, but also just made me feel at ease. So much that I called my husband that night to tell him I bought a car and that we needed to travel back that weekend to pick it up, a 2 and a half hour drive! That weekend, with our kids in tow, we went back to Van Horn and had a smooth buying experience that was easy for the whole family. My kids really liked the lounge area with the cookies and Keurig! My husband and I have purchased 10 new cars together in our 20 years of marriage and the purchase of our new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was absolutely the most pleasant car shopping experience we have ever had. our 20 years of marriage and the purchase of our new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was absolutely the most pleasant car shopping experience we have ever had. We traded a Mazda CX 9 in for our new Sonata and felt that the trade-in price offered was very fair. In fact, they offered to buy our Mazda outright with any knowledge of what we were going to purchase or even if we were going to purchase a vehicle there. After their offer, we then started dealing on the price of a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Again, we felt we received a very fair offer on this vehicle. The financing was offered through Hyundai at a 2.9% rate. A couple of days later they called to let us know that that was a mistake and that we would be able to get a 0% rate for 60 months. It was simply a matter of stopping by and signing new paperwork (10 minutes) for the new loan. If this kind of service and sales is maintained at this high level, we think we've found a car dealer for all our future car purchases. More

He did disclose everything with me about my vehicle and they said they would fix the small rattle from the heat shield which is no big deal. I would recommend working with Dan any day of the week. He is a very personable and out going person. I am highly satisfied with this dealership and its employees. I would like to thank them again for everything!
