Brian Siegert was very friendly and explained what needed to be done with the repair and the cost of doing the work. He was able to give me a loaner car in order for me to continue doing errands while my car to be done with the repair and the cost of doing the work. The next day when I picked up my car, once again Brian went into great detail on what was done to my vehicle. He also explained that the person who did the repairs did the multi - point inspection. Donna was very pleasant while waiting on me in the reception area, and explained that I would be receiving a survive and asked if I could fill it out in order for them to get better with customer service. Got in at appointment time. Went in for an oil change..they found so ethi g else wrong..it was explained to me thoroughly, my questions were answered, and it was dealt with right away.
