Good afternoon, I'm glad to hear that you previously have had very good experiences with our service department. In regards to this particular visit the technician assigned to this vehicle also looked into the radio concern expressed when the vehicle was dropped off at the Service Desk. It was mentioned at check out that the oil change and multipoint inspection were performed, along with addressing the radio signal concern.
