Rob, we're disappointed to see your feedback and would like to help clear up any confusion. This vehicle was originally advertised as new, but then taken off the market and put into service loaner status. After being brought out of the service loaner status, it re-entered our inventory as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Although our website is updated regularly, there is a possibility that this vehicle was not updated and was still advertised as a new vehicle — we apologize for any mix-up on our end here.
