We did purchase the "Lifetime Luxcare" plan and only time will tell. Noticed that one expensive "mud flap" was missing one screw and the top screw wasn't tight all the way. It is fixable. First time at Van Horn a Charm! My husband and I needed to lease a second car. We waited for the May lease specials to shop. So even though it was raining on Monday, we had a list My husband and I needed to lease a second car. We waited for the May lease specials to shop. So even though it was raining on Monday, we had a list of 4 dealerships to visit to find our vehicle. We met salesperson Jim Rauhut in the rain at Van Horn and shared our desires for the lease and the car. Bottom line--we test drove 2 vehicles, discussed the lease and signed all paperwork in 2 1/2 hours. We are now driving a Hyundai Sonata Sport in bright red with all the bells and whistles we need and then some. We did not need to visit the other dealerships because we found a great deal at Van Horn. We appreciated working with Jim because we felt he listened to our parameters and honored them. He was eager to please and gained our trust which is so important. He understood we were firm in our lease options and met our expectations.
