VAN HORN promoted car online/dealership website at odometer reading 13 miles, but actual 4,524 miles. Almost bought a car at a significantly higher price than actual value ($29k vs $20-$21k blue book value), due to Van Horn deceptive / unethical practices. Also filed a complaint regarding this odometer fraud, sent photos of odometer at 13 miles) with WisDOT to further look into this dealership. Fully understand risk before buying here, this is a serious matter. At time of review, 5NMJBCAE4PH264049 CARFAX car history had only stated 10 miles; which aligns with 13 mile Odometer images but not actual miles of 4k. More
