Shelly Nixon was the first to respond and we sent a couple of messages back and forth. That week I also had some problems concerning my ex-husband and some financial matters, so I had to tell Shelly that I would be on hold for a while. She was very understanding, and did not bother me at all while I was working that out. On Monday 5/2, gas prices hit $4.07/g here so I went on the website. I clicked to open a chat window and there was Shelly, ready to assist me. As soon as I told her my name, she remembered who I was and asked if things were getting better. (That's awesome!) We chatted a bit and I scheduled a test-drive for Wednesday afternoon. My boss changed my schedule before I could contact Shelly, so I showed up unexpectedly on Tuesday afternoon. She was very busy, but very polite and took the time to talk to me, show me the features of the car I was interested in, and thoroughly explained all of the availible options. I had limited time that day, but we did come up with a deal that was very amicable. I got rid of my gas-guzzling full-size SUV and my mid-size high-mileage spare vehicle; and we got my monthly payments on the new car to a very affordable level. Wednesday, 5/4, I drove off in my new Hyundai Elantra, fully loaded, and sooooooo sweeeet! Thank You again to the team at VanHorn Hyundai in Sheboygan! More

Kees Topic: Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program This is a testimonial letter in regards to the value of your Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program for new car buyers, which I utilized on Feb. 20, 2011 during this past winter blizzard. This inclusive program, which is part of the Hyundai warranty, was explained to me in detail by the excellent Van Horn Hyundai Sheboygan sales staff & personnel before I purchased my new automobile. This program, with its courteous 24 hour customer service, proved to be of vital importance to my safety and well-being and made me thankful that I had it and knew how to use it. I would like to thank the Hyundai Roadside Assistance program for coming to my rescue during Sunday's afternoon snow storm. With blowing winds and zero visibility, the road suddenly disappeared & I quickly found the front of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata buried to the front bumper in an unforeseen culvert at the end of a cul-de-sac. Even with 3 friends pushing from the front of the automobile, we all soon realized that it was a hopeless task. Knowing that I had the fantastic five(5) year Hyundai warranty which covered emergencies like mine, I quickly dialed 1-800-243-7766 which I easily found on the side window. Within minutes, I was in contact with the friendly Hyundai Roadside Assistance operator who took down my VIN number, location, and other important emergency information that she needed. I was quickly put in touch with the recommended towing service (Brett's from Sheboygan) and told that they would be there as soon as possible. They knew exactly where I was & that they would call me back for towing confirmation as their driver was already out on a call. I initially called at 1:03 PM. & Brett's Towing arrived at 2:18 PM. WOW! Only 1 hr. and 15 minutes from the minute I called in a blinding snow storm. In 10 minutes, Andy the tow truck driver, had me out of the ditch, papers signed, & me on my way. He stated to me that, "Hyundai would take care of the rest". Only my signature on the form was needed. Just another example of why you buy a Hyundai.
