I had a problem with the parking lights remaining on after the light switch was off, the car turned off, key removed and door opened on my 2006 Sonata. It was then determined that the part obtained was not the exact one I needed and Brian was able to get me a loaner to use overnight till my car was repaired the next day. I always get great service from Brian or Scott Richards in the service department. More

Absolutely a wonderful car purchasing experience. I was interested in a car on a Van Horn lot located out of town. They got it to my local lot with just one days notice. I came in for an oil change for my Hyundai Tucson. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute before someone took care of me. Brian was very helpful and told me that I also should have a tire rotation didn't have to wait for more than a minute before someone took care of me. The wait was not long and I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the customer lounge while I waited. Donna took care of me to pay my bill. I just completed my first 3 year leasing term and was ready to purchase the vehicle I had leased. My husband talked me into going to check out what new vehicles were out and to see what Van Horn could of ready to purchase the vehicle I had leased. My husband talked me into going to check out what new vehicles were out and to see what Van Horn could offer us in a new lease. The people we worked with were outstanding! Everyone from the sales person, to the finance person, to the people at the desk, to the guy who made us sign all the forms were helpful and friendly. They listened to what we needed and what our limitations were. They were able to offer us a new leasing deal, with a new SantaFe, all while respecting our requests. I love my new car and I am glad I looked into leasing a new one! The whole experience was simple and completed in a timely manner. We weren't sure how we were going to like leasing, now we know and will always go back to Van Horn to do it. More
