I just completed my first 3 year leasing term and was ready to purchase the vehicle I had leased. Everyone from the sales person, to the finance person, to the people at the desk, to the guy who made us sign all the forms were helpful and friendly. They listened to what we needed and what our limitations were. They were able to offer us a new leasing deal, with a new SantaFe, all while respecting our requests. I love my new car and I am glad I looked into leasing a new one! The whole experience was simple and completed in a timely manner. We weren't sure how we were going to like leasing, now we know and will always go back to Van Horn to do it. More

I arrived for my oil change on my 2012 Santa Fe 9/1/12 and from start to finish the visit was exceptional. When I arrived I was greated by Jay and he took care of the paperwork in a very friendly manner a and from start to finish the visit was exceptional. I waited for the oil change to be completed in the waiting area - which is set up in a very "welcoming" manner. Jay came and got me when it was done, we went to the desk to check out, and he explained everything they did and the status of what the mechanic checked over during the Multi-point inspection. He was very informative and very personable. Then I paid for the service, and the girl behind the counter was very friendly. The staff and service is outstanding! It couldn't have been any better! I purchased a 2012 Elantra Touring Car from Van Horn, and my salesman was Dan Wicka. My sister bought a Sonata from Dan three years ago and had a good experience with him, so I was glad when he walked over a my salesman was Dan Wicka. We talked about what I wanted in a new vehicle and then took a test drive. I was impressed by the car's handling and performance. When we started talking numbers Dan was very willing to work with me, especially with the trade-in price for my old car. This resulted in my purchase of the new Elantra. Mike Burgess also was very helpful in making the financing of the car from Hyundai go smoothly. When I picked up the car Dan spent a lot of time showing me how to use the different features. I particularly appreciated the fact that he connected my cell phone to the Bluetooth and showed me how to use that feature. Dan followed up with a phone call in a couple of days to see how I liked the car, and he also sent an email. Last but not least, he was NOT PUSHY about anything during the sale process.
