I came in for an oil change for my Hyundai Tucson. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute before someone took care of me. Brian was very helpful and told me that I also should have a tire rotation didn't have to wait for more than a minute before someone took care of me. I just completed my first 3 year leasing term and was ready to purchase the vehicle I had leased. Everyone from the sales person, to the finance person, to the people at the desk, to the guy who made us sign all the forms were helpful and friendly. They listened to what we needed and what our limitations were. They were able to offer us a new leasing deal, with a new SantaFe, all while respecting our requests. I love my new car and I am glad I looked into leasing a new one! The whole experience was simple and completed in a timely manner. We weren't sure how we were going to like leasing, now we know and will always go back to Van Horn to do it. More
