The others that assisted with our car purchase made the process easier, and less anxiety-riddled. Eric (sp) V. and Quentin were friendly and helpful as well. I expected a more difficult sales experience, but was relieved to have chosen such a great dealer and people to help us with this major purchase. We called ahead with what type of vehicle we were looking for. The one we found online was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Nate provided a quick but full tutorial and we were able to test-drive. After our test-drive, we knew we wanted to purchase, and from there Nate helped us through every step of the way (as this was a new and stressful thing for my wife and I).
