The sales department was great, especially Nate, however, that's where the good service ends! I bought 2019:Atlas in January 23' by June of 23' the breaks were grinding terribly, had them checked, the pads w that's where the good service ends! I bought 2019:Atlas in January 23' by June of 23' the breaks were grinding terribly, had them checked, the pads were were down to the rivets in the front with damage to the rotors, took it to the service department and they said the breaks were fine! 59%, which was a lie,Just dirty and that I'd have to " live with the noise" , Knowing their policy is that a car does not leave the the lot with pads less than 50% pads left, which means in January the pads had to be around 5% and 0% in June, my grandson and I inspected the breaks and low & behold down to the rivets and bad rotors, called Nate, he passed me off to the general manager, he asked for pictures of the old pads, as promised I sent him the pics, I never heard from him again, I already had replaced the pads myself and all I ask is that they replace the rotors, I got nothing, not even a return call, if not for the free oil changes, I would never go there again! terrible customer service after the sale, not even a common courtesy return call, just blew me off after having spent thousands of dollars there! I get better service from Amazon! More
