Excellent customer service When I called van horn I couldn’t move my car from the spot I was in-the advisor at Van Horn called a tow truck for me and, even though they were shor When I called van horn I couldn’t move my car from the spot I was in-the advisor at Van Horn called a tow truck for me and, even though they were short staffed, got my car looked at/evaluated and fixed all in the same day! NO INTEGRITY-LIED TO MAKE A SALE Purchased a used 2017 Escape, When we test drove vehicle the skid plate was rattling, The salesman even agreed. Met with Eric Vanevenhoven. (Sales Mgr Purchased a used 2017 Escape, When we test drove vehicle the skid plate was rattling, The salesman even agreed. Met with Eric Vanevenhoven. (Sales Mgr.) that night and he told us he would get it tighten up and he text us the next day "skid plate has been screwed tight, no longer make noise", we came back on Saturday and retest drove, and the noise was gone. We proceeded to close the deal. We never thought we needed to follow up on what was supposed to be a reputable dealership but the next day I was curious and looked under the vehicle only to find out the never screwed it tight like we were led to believe, they just removed it. Talk about being dishonest. This could of easily been a 5 star review if they would have been honest up front and told us they needed to order parts to resolve, I would have waited a couple days. After numerous phone calls, we finally got the new skid plate put on after 4 trips back to dealership. What a waste of time on something so small. They probably figured no one would ever check and they'd get away with it. I left message with Taylor to call me back personally and the only call back I got was from the service gentlemen Marshall. So buyer beware. What a way to ruin a buying experience/trust. More
