I purchased a new 2014 Grand Caravan R/T from Shayne Miller at this dealership and couldn't be more happy with the overall purchase and the dealership. Shayne was very Professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of this vehicle and it was a pleasure in dealing with him. The dealership matched, and even lowered an offer I had from another dealer. I live 20 miles from this dealer and Shayne even came to my home and gave me a ride to the dealer to do the paperwork and pick up my new vehicle. Shayne and all the people I met were very friendly and Shayne took all the time I required to learn how to operate all the new gadgets such as the Navigation system, setting up the Bluetooth streaming Audio etc. I am 72 years old and he was very patient in helping me understand everything. I left very happy with my complementary tank of gas and a receipt for my first free 3 oil changes. I will tell everyone about Shayne and this dealership and will come back in the future for any needed service to the vehicle. More
Arrived at the dealership early in the am..(sales person was aware of this) Asked to see the vehicle..Came back and told me that the battery had died..(didn't think to much about it..factoring in the cold w was aware of this) Asked to see the vehicle..Came back and told me that the battery had died..(didn't think to much about it..factoring in the cold weather etc..) Than, he proceeds to tell me that here was no gas in the vehicle..(ummm..don't you usually make sure a vehicle is somewhat READY when you possibly are going to be selling it??) So while he was gassing it up I played about 5 games on my phone, surfed the net..I took the Jeep out for a test drive..I happened to notice the odometer read 3,356..(on a 2013 weird, right??) The online website said 24,300...When I asked for the carfax report..HUGE RED FLAG!! Had been sent back to manufacture due to water in the dash..The odometer was correct that it had only 3,356..He said "must have been a type-o" on the website...VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! Will never recommend this dealership to family/friends..Had to make a quick stop at McDonalds on my way home because I was so thirsty for being there for 3hrs and was never offered a glass of water,pop, etc...O ya, 1 MORE THING...I asked a question regarding the jeep..(what was in the back seat)..I knew it was the soft top rolled up..Salesperson apologized and said "He didn't know what that was, and had not worked with the Jeeps very long!!! More

From the first time I did the online inquiry to signing papers it was a great experience. I really like the fact that they waste no time getting stuff done. Price was perfect. Very friendly. Billy was excellent in listening to us in what we wanted & provided us with several choices. The reason why I gave less than 5 stars in some areas was because when we signed to buy it took a very long time...& I had to return once to resign papers because the original papers had the wrong finance co on it,return again to fill out a phone verification paper,then was asked to return a third time to fill out another paper. (At this point I had the vehicle for 3 weeks or better) when I said I really didn't want to make the half hour drive again..an employee did come to my house so that made me happy.I think this was an isolated incident...
