I'd been car shopping for a couple of months before I came across Dane County Auto. Because I have had credit challenges in the back, it was a difficult, frustrating and sometimes embarrassing experience. I felt none of this working with Shayne. It was a very pleasurable experience! Friendliest Dealership I viewed a vehicle online at this dealership. I was contacted by the internet salesperson Brandy and received all my info for a used Ford pickup truck I viewed a vehicle online at this dealership. I was contacted by the internet salesperson Brandy and received all my info for a used Ford pickup truck. I arrived at the dealership and was met by Billy. He showed me the truck and gave me the keys for a test drive. As I returned Shayne was my salesperson and proceeded to write a proposal for this vehicle. After some negotiating we arrived at a firm price, By far the easiest I have ever purchased a vehicle. A little out of my way but very worth the drive. An easy , comfortable , no hassle dealership. I would recommend this dealership to everybody. More

A special thanks to the fine folks at Dane County Dodge Jeep Chrysler- In looking for a New/Used vehicle for my wife, it became apparent it was goi A special thanks to the fine folks at Dane County Dodge Jeep Chrysler- In looking for a New/Used vehicle for my wife, it became apparent it was going to be tough with the schedule we keep and the location we live. We spend a few weekday evenings and a couple weekends looking but to no avail, most of the issue was not finding the vehicle we wanted without purchasing new. Looking at dealerships was getting old fast so we resorted to vehicle shopping via the internet. Our boys, wife and myself would look when we had time and it usually ended with "nope not what were looking for" ... Well we found it and it was quite a distance away, with Dane County Dodge Jeep Chrysler being located in Stoughton,WI and us living in Durand,IL it was going to take some homework to get this deal done. With much help from Lynn Letarski and Jesse Geist and the internet, we had everything taken care of in a couple days even with a trade in involved. A couple short phone conversation and we were on our way to swap our 2005 Ford Expedition for a 2013 Dodge Durango. As the tile states, this was very painless and non time consuming. Wont Shop Anywhere Else! My wife and I don't have the best credit or a big down payment and I saw online the had a great selection of used cars under $10k. After a short phone call, I got a call back from Don McCosky, the Finance Manager saying that there were a few banks that were willing to work with us on certain vehicles. As a newly married couple in our low 30's which neither one of us has owned a NEW vehicle. My wife and I would have NEVER DREAMED that when we arrived one of them would be a brand new Dodge Avenger!!! After looking over a few options we had to go get our son from grandma and come back another day. Shane was so helpful in showing us cars and answering every question. There was none of the typical "High Pressure" tactics to not let us leave with out a car. We came back 2 nights later after work and Shane had the car detailed with a full tank of gas and Don got us in and out of there very quickly! When no other dealer could get any deals done for us Dane County Dodge put us in a brand new car! The service and experience has earned them life long customers. Thank you Don and Shane! More

Helped us buy a car, instead of "selling" us a car. Did our homework online ahead of time, knowing (for the most part) what to expect from the vehicle. We were a complete walk-in customer for them, and our salesperson Shawn did a fantastic job of greeting us immediately, gauging our interest, walking us through the vehicle ins-and-outs (of which he was very familiar after only 4 months on the job with Chrysler/Dodge products) and made us feel completely at ease about choosing the vehicle WE wanted. There was no up-sell, no pressure into any other vehicle than what we were interested. Jessie and Ryan were accommodating as financial and managerial allies through the process. We felt as though they did what was best for us as customers to get us into the vehicle on our terms. Obviously there was negotiation, as with most vehicle sales, but we felt the end result was appropriate for both buyer and seller. I would recommend this dealer to others based on our experience. I would also recommend having your homework done ahead of time via online research...it makes everything flow more smoothly to begin with. Thanks guys! More

I went in their for one of the complimentary oil changes that I got when I bought the car and a tire rotation. Mark was very helpful. The work was completed in less than the hour that Mark estimated.
