Well, Wasn't THAT Easy. I had an idea of the car I wanted and found it online at Dane County Auto. I called, and Billy Collier answered. He answered my questions, and by the time I drove there, had that car pulled up front for me to see. He explained the features, and we test drove it. My husband was injured, and unable to come to Stoughton with me to see the car, so Dane County Auto was awesome about letting me take it for an overnight, and to be seen by my mechanic. In fact, they suggested the visit to the mechanic (I would have anyway, but how refreshing that they are that confident in what they are selling!) My mechanic found out that the brakes were low in the rear, so when I called Billy and left a message, he called back in a few minutes to tell me that OF COURSE, they would replace the brakes in the rear before I took ownership. Really? Wow. Shayne Miller was great in finance. He made it quick and painless, giving me the options with HONESTY. At one point during the extrended warranty discussion, he said, no, I didn't need a certain piece that was being offered, because my insurance would cover that. Wow. Thanks. I really enjoyed working with Dane County Auto, and will definitely be back! More

Easy transaction, great service I filled out a form online to get a loan, the website said within 48-72 hours I would receive a call. Within ten minutes the secretary at the dealers I filled out a form online to get a loan, the website said within 48-72 hours I would receive a call. Within ten minutes the secretary at the dealership called and asked what I was looking for, and took down my info and said a sales associate would call me back. After about 15 more minute Shane called me and asked a few more specifics and said he was working on the getting the loan processed and he would call back with an answer. He called back in 20 minutes with the loan approved and the type of car I was looking for, and told me to pick it up. Upon arriving Shane seemed to be a pretty straight shooter and pointed out direct flaws in car to make sure I was aware of them which is odd for car salesmen though much appreciative. I accepted and the transaction went very smooth as planned. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. More

As first time buyers it was very comforting to know all he wanted was to get us the RIGHT car, not the most expensive car. And dealing with the finance manager Ryan was just as easy. He made a quick job of getting us the loan we needed, with a very good interest rate to boot! Overall we are unbelievably pleased with this experience.
