Easy transaction, great service I filled out a form online to get a loan, the website said within 48-72 hours I would receive a call. Within ten minutes the secretary at the dealers I filled out a form online to get a loan, the website said within 48-72 hours I would receive a call. Within ten minutes the secretary at the dealership called and asked what I was looking for, and took down my info and said a sales associate would call me back. After about 15 more minute Shane called me and asked a few more specifics and said he was working on the getting the loan processed and he would call back with an answer. He called back in 20 minutes with the loan approved and the type of car I was looking for, and told me to pick it up. Upon arriving Shane seemed to be a pretty straight shooter and pointed out direct flaws in car to make sure I was aware of them which is odd for car salesmen though much appreciative. I accepted and the transaction went very smooth as planned. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. More

Shayne was very patient with all my questions and showed me everything I needed to see in writing before I signed anything :) He was friendly, helpful, and willing to work at my pace. The extended warranty was less than 1/2 the price of my insurance company's, and the interest rate on my loan was 3% lower than my credit union. Thanks Shayne, great work! More

The Best Dealership Around! I am so happy I stumbled upon this gem of a dealership in my search for a used car! My fiance and I recently purchased a 2006 SAAB 9-5 and couldn't be I am so happy I stumbled upon this gem of a dealership in my search for a used car! My fiance and I recently purchased a 2006 SAAB 9-5 and couldn't be happier with it. The salesman (Dennis) was extremely helpful and relaxed throughout the process. As first time buyers it was very comforting to know all he wanted was to get us the RIGHT car, not the most expensive car. And dealing with the finance manager Ryan was just as easy. He made a quick job of getting us the loan we needed, with a very good interest rate to boot! Overall we are unbelievably pleased with this experience. I can't recommend them enough and we will absolutely be back for our next vehicle purchase! More

We had the best salesman anyone could ask for, (Dennis Calvert) was very helpful,honest,caring,and very patient with myself and my family especially with my children. Also we had the best finance Manager around(Ryan Acker). Ryan went beyond a normal finance manager would do such as find us the lowest APR and willing to only a couple company's instead of many of them to ruin our credit score,he was also very kind,he didn't make us feel rushed at all when doing paper work, like we felt other places did. Over all the whole dealership was outstanding. We would differently recommend this dealership to everyone,hands down the best in Wisconsin! It's a ***** 5 star in our book!
