Frustrated with shopping for vehicles... until now. I came to Dane County Chrysler very frustrated and tired of the same old run around. Honestly, I walked into Dane County with the same expectations bu I came to Dane County Chrysler very frustrated and tired of the same old run around. Honestly, I walked into Dane County with the same expectations but figured I'd give it a try. Right away, Jose Diaz welcomed me and talked with me about what I was looking for. He was very considerate and sympathetic of my needs and credit situation. He actually changed my mind from a Jeep Sahara to a Jeep Patriot. It was then that I realized that I really didn't want the Sahara for efficiency but just for looks. He explained how the Patriot would be more practical. On the test drive he was very laid back and knowledgeable with the vehicle. He worked with Financing to get me a loan that would work for me, regardless of my credit history. He then handed me off to Shawn Smith for the details and paperwork. Shawn was very professional and easy to talk to. He was great with explaining the process of purchasing a vehicle and did a great job at prepping the car for me once I agreed to purchase it. This was a great experience so far. When it came to signing all the warranty and license forms I went to Ryan Acker's office. Ryan was truly an expert at what he does and broke down every form and explained it to me in a way that every common-day customer should understand. It was quick, easy, and fun. I'm so happy with my new Jeep and I couldn't thank Dane County Chrysler and their associates enough for making the car shopping experience so simple and enjoyable! More

Very Helpful Service Center I had just bought a car at Dane County Auto, I was a little skeptical that the service center would treat me well being affiliated with the sales plac I had just bought a car at Dane County Auto, I was a little skeptical that the service center would treat me well being affiliated with the sales place. But I fell in love with a car, and it's the one I picked up and paid for one Saturday.......well I drove it to work the next night, and it steamed. Drove it home, it steamed, I took it straight in to Dane County Chrysler, they listened to me and helped me out free of charge since I had just picked the car up the Saturday before. They said it would be fine to continue driving and got me in at the end of the week, a new radiator seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for your help and service Jeremy S. More

Not just painless. Pleasant. While most of us like driving our new (or new to us) vehicle once we have it, the process of getting there can be pretty stressful. These guys made it about as good as it can probably be. Our main sales guy was Shawn. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Don was able to massage the final figures to everyone's satisfaction. We have never financed a vehicle before, so it was all a bit new. Ryan was able to get us an excellent rate (obviously dependent on one's credit score, so don't blame me for yours), Great car at a very good price. Happy to recommend based on my experience. More

We were a little skeptical since this was about a 2 hour drive from our home town, but once we got there, we realized that it was worth the trip. They advertised their best price, and there was no haggling. The online price was $2000 below the window tag, but that wasn't a problem. José was great to work with and the financing department was easy going as well. More
