Honest dealership and truthful salesman. Only dealership I've ever been to and been treated that well. I'm 19 and most places I go to treat me like a dumb kid this place was different. They don't hid stuff from you or stretch the truth like a typical used car salesman. The day after I bought the car I noticed a chip in the windshield, they said they would fix if for free. Absolutely no cost to me. They said "were not going to risk making ourselves look bad over something little that we should have fixed in the first place." That says a lot about how they're run. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking new or used. Ask for Shawn hes probably the best and most knowledgeable used car salesman I've ever dealt with. Ryan did all the finance stuff for me and he was real good about making sure I understood the legal stuff behind the loan. Only thing I didn't like about the dealership is they wouldn't let me test drive the new hellcat or viper. Something about there insurance doesn't want 19 year old males driving $70,000 cars with 700 hp?? Weird I know. Mopar or no car. More

We got a great value on the car and everything is perfect. I have a hard time rating a car dealership based on one experience, because it will be if a problem arises that will really test the relationship. But our initial experience was great. They gave us a very fair trade and a good deal on the new car. Financing went quickly and they got is a better rate than I expected. More

A Pleasant Buying Experience I drove 100 miles from West Bend to Dane County Chrysler to check out a truck (2012 Nissan Frontier SL 4X4 LB) that I found on Craigslist. Shawn an I drove 100 miles from West Bend to Dane County Chrysler to check out a truck (2012 Nissan Frontier SL 4X4 LB) that I found on Craigslist. Shawn and I went for a test drive and he answered all questions that I had without the "Slick Rick" salesman stereo type attitude. He was easy to deal with when I decided to buy the truck and trade in my old Frontier. He introduced me to Ryan (The Finance Manager) and he was also easy to deal with and a mellow guy too. Ryan was able to beat my Bank's 2.84% interest rate by a 10th of a percent. He did not pressure me to buy the extended warranty or the paint/upholstery treatment that they have. He offered them to me but dropped it when I firmly told him I was not interested in them. I appreciated this and really liked his straight shooter way of dealing with me on the deal. All in all it was a very pleasant buying experience from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend shopping there to anyone. I just wish they were closer to me then 100 miles. I can't justify driving 100 miles for the free oil change lol. Thanks for the AWESOME truck guys! More

Very good I had some issues with the purchasing process and with the car I was buying. I live in Green Bay which is about an hour and a half away from Dane Coun I had some issues with the purchasing process and with the car I was buying. I live in Green Bay which is about an hour and a half away from Dane County Auto. I was told the issues with the car would be fixed before I came to pick it up. When I picked it up I left for home. I got about an hour out when I noticed the problem reoccured. I called the dealership and spoke to Shayne and told him that I was headed back. He was there waiting for me on his own time. He apologized many times and was very sincere. He also guaranteed me that he would make sure this problem was fixed. As soon as the problem was fixed he called me to let me know they were sending someone up with the car. I took it for a ride to make sure it was fixed and it was. If it wasn't for Shayne and his willingness to help me I wouldn't have bought a car from them. He was very respectful and made me and my car his top priority. More
