Overall good experience We were for the most part pleased with the entire process. I believe we got a fair deal and were treated well by the employees we dealt with. One minor issue was our antenna was not installed and we had to bring it back in. Bob was apologetic and it was installed quickly. My biggest issue is we were not made fully aware of all the features of the vehicle the biggest being the Jeep's start,stop feature. Imagine our surprise the first time we come to a stop light and the vehicle shuts off and we have to idea why. Also, I've since contacted the dealership for a price of having navigation activated and my email was not answered. More
