My biggest problem with the deal turns out to be the truck itself. Only 1k miles on it and already having problems. I did a lot of research on the 6.4 Rams before I purchased it. It is getting no where near what Ram says it should for mpg. The navigation gives terrible routes and messes up a lot. The ride is very bouncy and everytime I hit a bump it feels like it's going to loose control. I will probably just cut my loss and trade it back in somewhere else. More

Understanding and Patient I went to look at my car while waiting for a check to arrive for the purchase. I had expected the money in the next day or two. I found a wonderful used car and gave the dealership a deposit to hold the car for me until the arrival of said check. Needless to say several things went wrong and the "day or two" turned into two weeks. Everyone was very understanding and helpful and my card was all washed and ready to go the day I called and told them I would be in to pick it up, I walked in and everyone greeted me like a long lost friend. Salesman withheld important information about used vehicle. I spoke with Jose about a used 2014 Fiat 500L that I was interested in. It was priced to move and seemed too good to be true, which it was. I arriv I spoke with Jose about a used 2014 Fiat 500L that I was interested in. It was priced to move and seemed too good to be true, which it was. I arrived and was treated well, but the problems with the car soon became apparent. Upon inspecting the car I noticed the front-right tire was different than the rest. When I brought it up Jose said that this was the first he had heard of the matter. I looked under the vehicle and noticed rust, which was strange for a 2014 vehicle. Jose said that it was normal for some rust build up to occur over 45,000 miles. We took it for a test drive and the car was pulling to the right. This, combined with the different tire, demanded an explanation. Jose said that the car probably had a blow out and the different treads on the tire caused it to pull to the right. After the test drive was over I was able to see the CarFax and dealership documents for the Fiat 500L. They had made a large note in the paperwork that the front-right tire was different, which goes against Jose's ignorance of the fact. Their paperwork also passed the car in all categories, including whether it pulled or not. I asked about this and Jose said someone in their service department must have messed up. The CarFax had the car being serviced in North Carolina throughout its lifespan, at least once a month. The car was "serviced" at a different location than normal on October 5th, 2015. This was the same time that Hurricane Joaquin was devastating the Carolinas. Massive flooding occurred during this period, which would probably account for the rust. Jose was not able to comment on whether it was affected by the storm. I don't know anything about cars, but if I can figure this out in the week that I've been shopping there's no excuse for a dealership to claim ignorance. The car was a manufacturer buy back only for a "turbo failure" which could not be recreated. Obviously something was going on here, and with the price at $9,800.00 it was obvious that they wanted this car gone. Driving to and from Dane County Auto took 3 and a half hours that day, not counting the hours spent at the dealership. I do not doubt that other people have had a good experience at this dealership. After my experience I would not suggest anyone make a long trip for a used vehicle at this establishment. I spoke with Tony, Tina, and Shayne today about my visit and they were very accommodating. They listened without trying to invalidate my experience. Shayne even offered to send me gas cards to make up for my time, which I truly appreciate and also shows that the higher-ups are willing to work to make their dealership great. I am now completely turned off from buying a used car. More
