My husband and I were going to wait til next tax season to purchase our first " New - Used " car, but I saw a flyer for a blow out sale they were havi My husband and I were going to wait til next tax season to purchase our first " New - Used " car, but I saw a flyer for a blow out sale they were having here in Portage, WI, were we reside. I said something about how we could actually afford to do it now for the first time in our lives. He then went on to the website for Dane County Auto and found the Dodge Dart that we now own. He filled out the application online and within minutes we were set up to go look at the car two days later. We used our 99' Plymouth Voyager as a trade in. Cody Byers was our Salesman and I wouldn't have had it any other way. He was incredible at his job. Very honest, helpful and easy to talk to. I wish we could have worked out a better APR but I know that has a lot to do with us. I can't imagine even thinking of going somewhere else when it's time to purchase my vehicle next. I hate dealerships BUT!..... So I've owned nothing but dodge in my life. I'm up to four chargers and one challenger. Needless to say I hate dealerships, but ! This one really h So I've owned nothing but dodge in my life. I'm up to four chargers and one challenger. Needless to say I hate dealerships, but ! This one really helped me out. I got financed with a bankruptcy, 542 Fico, but I put $6,000.00 down. They shoulder me one car I didn't car for and then they helped me out with a 2015 challenger. I love the car and they really mean no hassle. Things they could improve on. 1. Knowledge of what every vehicle comes equipped with/options and can speak intelligently on them. 2. Time management. I figured I'd be in and out in two hours.........4 hrs later...... I know they worked as fast as they could but there best wasn't good enough. Good things they were polite and any salesman would help you. Not just your sales man who was running around doing other things. I don't know, over all I would do business with them again. More

He picked us up from airport on his day off and waited till the deal was done. He made sure the car was detailed to his perfection . He also called us to make sure we arrived home as we drove from Wisconsin to NY. He kept in touch with us constantly on the phone prior to the sale to make sure we would have a painless experience when we arrived . He even went out to get us food while we were waiting for the finance manager to finish up the paperwork Codey was so nice that if he lived closer we would continue to be friends . I would recommend to see Codey if you are interested in purchasing a car from Dane County Auto . And Ryan Acker the finance manager had worked out the best deals for us for the financing . Disappointed Chris Craemer was my salesperson. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. The gm on the other hand was really rude for no reason. The finance guy Chris Craemer was my salesperson. My biggest problem with the deal turns out to be the truck itself. Only 1k miles on it and already having problems. I did a lot of research on the 6.4 Rams before I purchased it. It is getting no where near what Ram says it should for mpg. The navigation gives terrible routes and messes up a lot. The ride is very bouncy and everytime I hit a bump it feels like it's going to loose control. I will probably just cut my loss and trade it back in somewhere else. More
