He picked us up from airport on his day off and waited till the deal was done. He made sure the car was detailed to his perfection . He also called us to make sure we arrived home as we drove from Wisconsin to NY. He kept in touch with us constantly on the phone prior to the sale to make sure we would have a painless experience when we arrived . He even went out to get us food while we were waiting for the finance manager to finish up the paperwork Codey was so nice that if he lived closer we would continue to be friends . Disappointed Chris Craemer was my salesperson. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. The gm on the other hand was really rude for no reason. The finance guy Chris Craemer was my salesperson. My biggest problem with the deal turns out to be the truck itself. Only 1k miles on it and already having problems. I did a lot of research on the 6.4 Rams before I purchased it. It is getting no where near what Ram says it should for mpg. The navigation gives terrible routes and messes up a lot. The ride is very bouncy and everytime I hit a bump it feels like it's going to loose control. I will probably just cut my loss and trade it back in somewhere else. More

Understanding and Patient I went to look at my car while waiting for a check to arrive for the purchase. I had expected the money in the next day or two. I found a wonderful used car and gave the dealership a deposit to hold the car for me until the arrival of said check. Needless to say several things went wrong and the "day or two" turned into two weeks. Everyone was very understanding and helpful and my card was all washed and ready to go the day I called and told them I would be in to pick it up, I walked in and everyone greeted me like a long lost friend.
