Unhappy customer .   I live 91 miles from the dealership. I bought a car from them and drove home. They represented the vehicle to have passed an inspection where the .   I live 91 miles from the dealership. I bought a car from them and drove home. They represented the vehicle to have passed an inspection where they scrutinized everything and replaced everything necessary . I got home, and drove an additional 50 miles. That is, 150 miles or less on the vehicle since purchase. The check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to my local dealership, 3 miles from home. They indicated repairs necessary of over $1300. I contacted the dealer where I bought the car, and they told me I should've brought it back to them. I indicated that I wasn't comfortable with this because the check engine light was on. They told me that they didn't want to " get involved". They told me that they were not going to provide any financial assistance in this necessary repair to the car that they represented as roadworthy. More

Even though this was a business transaction it did not feel like that! Getting a car finance and all the paperwork and waiting is not fun at all! I was in and out of there in 35 minutes! And the whole time I was speaking to salesman Chris which made the time go fast!! I worked with 3 different people because I came in two days prior to buying my vehicle and even though I was being very picky they were still very professional and very nice! I chose to come in three different days so I could sleep on it! Otherwise I would've left with the vehicle the 1st day!The customer service there was so great that my son will be buying a vehicle there next week!
