Don't do it! READ BELOW! We bought a dodge ram 3500 from them thay they claimed was "fully inspected." It had a flat tire in the showroom. We were told to go fill it up. We did and it was very obviously a bad valve stem seeing as the air immediately gushed back out. Still waiting to see if they reimburse me for that. They lost the spare key and accused us of stealing it. Still seeing if they give us the spare key they promised. We drove the truck for 5 days and never hauled a load. Turns out it had the dodge ram death wobble. We hit a bump on the highway, on a sunday, and the truck shook so violently it rattled a filling loose in my mouth and threw everything around in the vehicle. Scared the xxxx out of us and my children. Found we could drive it in town enough to get it home. Called them on Monday and they told me they won't tow it to them and they may or may not fix it for free and told me that it's likely my fault it happened, wouldn't address my tooth and didn't care that my children were frightened. Then even told me.if I wanted to return the vehicle they would charge me $0.25/mi that it was driven. They also won't pay for a different shop local to me to fix it or even inspect it. Basically this company will lie through their smiling teeth and tell you too bad so sad when anything happens to the vehicle even.if it's their fault. Oh and you'll get yelled at on the phone when you try to explain the situation calmly. I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Van Horn of Stoughton. More

The people in this dealership are knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and straight up care about their customer I don't even know where to start!!!! The people in this dealership are knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and straight up care about their customers. We have 6 other Ram dealers within 25 miles of us, but my wife and I drove over 160 miles (from Iowa to Wisconsin) to purchase a Ram 2500 truck from them. We did this because the sales people sincerely wanted our business, trusted us about the vehicle we wanted to trade in and were willing to negotiate a WIN-WIN. Used GMC Sierra Shayne did a great job helping me find the truck I wanted. I will definitely be using them again when its time for a new truck. More

Great RAM1500, Sales and Service My wife and I browsed trucks on Sunday and saw a 2015 RAM 1500 that we were interested in. Came back Monday and just walked in the sales floor and Chr My wife and I browsed trucks on Sunday and saw a 2015 RAM 1500 that we were interested in. Came back Monday and just walked in the sales floor and Chris (sales consultant) greeted us and took very good care of us. No pressure, just explained the vehicle and we took a test drive. Chris explained all the specifics on the vehicle including a title item. We decided to purchase. It was a bank holiday but Don sales manager and Spencer finance manager were more than willing to work with us on a down payment and we came back the next day to complete the purchase. The next day we were in a rush to get to a wedding but they were able to move us through all the paperwork including trade-in within 30 minutes and get us out the door with our new used vehicle. WOW. Came back one week later to have service explain some gauges. Dave took care of me, they updated the software and took the time to explain everything. Great people made this an exceptional experience. More
