Their f vehicle? I tell them Chrysler, dodge, jeep, ram, dealership. in Stoughton, Wisconsin. Their prices are always the most competitive and fair. Their finance team will find the lowest interest rate. they have the lowest priced bumper to bumper warranty’s. Free oil changes for as long as you owe the vehicle. And their service department always have time for your questions and get you as soon as possible. If you don’t purchase a vehicle here, Most likely, you will pay too high of a price somewhere else, and you’ll end up in therapy along with my other friends that didn’t listen to me…. More

However, when I asked for that warranty in writing, the salesperson refused. He pointed to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and said, "It's right here". The T's and C's were not clear to me so I asked again. The salesperson talked to his manager and came back to his desk and said, "this manufacturer's paperwork should be enough". I had driven 5-1/2 hours to the dealer based on his verbal assurance of a bumper to bumper warranty, (not including tires, brake wear, etc). Now that I was ready to sign paperwork in person, he again refused to give me anything in writing. After *another* visit with his manager, they agreed to give me what they promised on the phone. The whole thing felt like an old-school dealership experience where the salesperson goes back and forth between the customer and the manager making the customer sweat it out. More
