10.5 Hour Tire Install 12/31: 60k mile check-up, includes oil change and tire rotation. Bought four new tires and made an appt for 8am on 1/21 to install them. 1/21: Arriv 12/31: 60k mile check-up, includes oil change and tire rotation. Bought four new tires and made an appt for 8am on 1/21 to install them. 1/21: Arrived at 7:50 for 8am appt. Bob checked me in, asked when I'd like my truck back. I said as soon as possible, thinking it shouldn't take long to put four tires on. Departed in loaner vehicle. 9:30am: Received a call from Bob asking if I had my lugnut key. I said no, it should be in the glove box. He asked if I had my tires rotated recently. I said yes, you guys did it a couple weeks ago. He said ok, we'll look around for it. 12:30pm: I called for an update because 4.5 hours for tires seems a little excessive to me. I was told they ordered the wrong tires and they had to place a new order but the tires will arrive today and be installed. 4:50pm: I called again for an update. Spoke with Bud this time. He said the tires arrived at 2pm and they began working on them around 4. They have two guys working on it and it should be done around 5:30. 5:50pm: I called back, again. Spoke with Bud. He said they were just about to take the truck off the rack. 6:30pm: Truck was finished and in my garage. Pro's: Bud was very apologetic and sincere, drove my truck to my house and retrieved the loaner, he also comped a portion of the install. Cons: Other than the lugnut issue there was no communication unless I initiated it, even though there were complications. I had an 8am appointment but service didn't begin until 9:30, which makes me wonder why even have an appointment. New tires arrived at 2 but work didn't begin until 4. That's 3.5 hours, in my mind, where work could've been done. Overall: Good people, as usual. Good quality of work (once it began), as usual. 10.5 hours for new tires is unacceptable. Misplacing my lugnut key from one visit to the next is not okay. More

Recent service Bob at the service counter was awesome. Nice guy. I know the building is new and you may need some time to get settled. However, currently it is already looking cluttered and kind of junky. I think that you can show more pride of ownership. The point of sale system for paying for service seems dated and inefficient. I was only in for a oil change and tire rotation. My expectation for duration was exceed. I got my car back much earlier than expected. However, the car wash was horrible. It looked like the front of my car got a once over but the back of my car was not even touched. Worse car wash ever. My tires were rotated for a $20 fee. Considering what I paid for the expanded warranty, I expected that to be free. Especially when I got my car back without the tires being properly inflated. I can’t believe that no one checked my tire pressure. More
