Great service, nice people. Put me in a good deal. I went to this dealership to buy a used car. The sales rep went online and found me some great cars I didn’t see before. Then he found me a new 2018 J I went to this dealership to buy a used car. The sales rep went online and found me some great cars I didn’t see before. Then he found me a new 2018 Jeep Compass That net my expectations, and only cost $2k more. They have lifetime free oil change, which is great. The finance rep was super friendly and the only reason I was in there so long is because I kept talking to them. No Issues or problems More

Misleading Ad Not sure how people here got conned by this dealership. Found what I thought was the perfect car for my son. Went out of my way to make the deal happe Not sure how people here got conned by this dealership. Found what I thought was the perfect car for my son. Went out of my way to make the deal happen before they sold the car from under me. Drove from Chicago to sign the papers and drive home with it and when we got there, the vehicle was not as advertised. Two times on the ad it says moonroof and guess what? No moonroof on this car. Then the sales manager has the ignorance to tell me there is a disclaimer on the ad that allows them to lie and falsely describe cars to draw in customers and sell them cars they don't want. What a scam they are running. More

They outright lied to us. We were interested in 2 used cars that were listed here, made an appointment to see them, and drove 2.5 hours to see them, only to find out that they We were interested in 2 used cars that were listed here, made an appointment to see them, and drove 2.5 hours to see them, only to find out that they don’t have either of them and apparently sold them some time ago. The woman we talked to on the phone actually put us on hold to make it look like she was checking to make sure both cars were there, assured us they were, and it was a flat out lie. Go anywhere else but here. More
