Currently, my wife and I feel we were frauded by, what appears on the surface to be, unethical sales tactics on a vehicle we purchased last Monday. It wasn't delivered until Friday afternoon and what was appears on the surface to be, unethical sales tactics on a vehicle we purchased last Monday. It wasn't delivered until Friday afternoon and what was promised us Monday did not happen. The sales manager working Friday afternoon would not deal with it and told us we had to wait until Monday. We received a call from our salesman, Kevin, yesterday. He stated, "Van Horn's exists to satisfy the customer and you will be happy with the resolution." We simply wish to cancel the contract with no penalty. The car is in the same condition you sold it to us and delivered Friday. We are hopeful they are true to their word. I will follow up after our discussion Monday with them. For now the 1-star has been earned. I hope that changes. I also look forward to the owner's reply and thoughts here as well. More
