First off, i really like the dealership. However, today for my service appointment I was expecting to have have my trucks emergency brake system fixed or at least diagnosted. It wasnt and service didnt even have the required parts to remove the wheels. That was very disappointing because this appointment has been scheduled for a while. Definately long enough to have ordered parts. With the details i provided about the issue, i would have thought that these sorts of details would have been covered for my appointment. So now, i have to again travel back to the dealership 45 mins one way to have this issue HOPEFULLY resolved. This is irritating not only for travel time but for fuel costs and time away from work, who helps me pay for issues like this..
