Considering the problem that I have, The dealership will not help me because technically something doesn’t fall under warranty even though my engine light will not shut off until this is fixed. Because the active air dam isn’t working and is tied to the active grill shutters, they said my engine could overheat, that sounds like it should be under the powertrain warranty. So, I was charged $211.11 because my engine light is on. It can’t be fixed because you don’t have the part plus it’ll cost me another $630 to fix it. So why can’t they disable the active air dam, if it’s not necessary for the drivetrain??? This is the first real issue I’ve had here.
