Ron is awesome and a lif too. They put us in the vehicle we wanted for a great deal...like really great deal and there was never any pressure to buy! Ron is awesome and a life saver in a time crunch! Sammy helped explain everything to us in detail so we knew exactly what was going on. Bottom line great place to purchase a vehicle I left that place feeling certain that I got a good vehicle and a good deal on it from good people. More

I located about a dozen different vehicles located at 5-6 dealerships and proceeded to start looking with my husband. Our second stop was Van. We should have just kept going. The car is for me. I secured my financing before I even started looking so I literally showed up with cash in hand. All they had to do was treat me with respect, consideration, and understand that this is a big decision, it is a process, and it is MY decision. Yet, they continually spoke directly to my husband and asked him questions - he told the guy over and over again, "you need to be talking to her, not me, it's her car". We HATED being funneled through a single side door and paraded by the sales managers sitting in the 'pit' right at the entrance. The whole dealership inside smelled like a locker room full of sweaty socks that someone emptied a couple of cans of Glade air freshener spray to try and cover the odor. The whole two-man, tag-team, back and forth crap that wasted about two hours of our time is unnecessary and unacceptable. I made it crystal-clear when we arrived that I was there to LOOK and TEST DRIVE. Nothing else. I made it very clear I was not buying nor signing anything because I had several dealerships to visit before I made my decision. Yet the high-pressure tactics continued, with the two salesmen bouncing in and out of the cubicle, disappearing for 5-10 minutes and coming back with some other piece of paper with numbers on it asking me to sign, claiming they could beat my financing, yadda yadda yadda. They didn't have the make/model/color I was looking for yet they 'found' one at another dealership from the owning group. Fine. We decided to come back and look at it the next morning - bad decision. We came back the following morning. Again I made it very clear to BOTH of the salesmen - I'm not buying anything. I'm not signing anything. The minute you start putting that pressure on me, I'm going to stop talking and start walking. I have other dealerships and cars I'm looking at before I make a decision. My words fell on completely deaf ears. Within five minutes of our sitting down, the high-pressure tactics of getting me to sign a 'hold sheet' were there again. I said no. He says it's not signing to take delivery, it's signing so we can hold it. I told him NO. I told you before we even walked in here I'm not signing anything. Period. He says 'what am I missing here'? I should have said 'you can stop being an xxx and respect what I said before we even walked in here' but I didn't. I looked at my husband, told him we are leaving, and we walked out. Out of the cubicle, out past the 'pit' and out the side door. The sales guy and his manager literally followed us to our car trying to talk to us - we backed out and drove away. This place is a BOILER ROOM. They are focused only on the sale. They don't give a xxxx about their customers coming in or treating them with respect and consideration. PS. I found the car I wanted - pretty much the same year/make/model/color that Van was trying to sell me - at Avondale Chevy/Autonation - for over $10k less out the door. AND they gave me about $5k over blue-book on my trade-in because it had super-low miles and because I pamper my vehicles so it was in like-new condition. Our sales representative was top notch, no pressure whatsoever from the time we stepped onto the lot. I spent about 10 minutes with him doing the initial paperwork on the car and the trade, and less than 10 minutes in finance. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE. Do yourself a favor. Unless you actually enjoy being hassled and spending hours and hours in a dealership while the sales goons do the (it really is unnecessary) back and forth crap, don't set foot in this place. Plenty of other reputable dealerships that will treat you like a person. Who will listen to you and respect that this is a big decision, it's a process, and most of all, YOU are the one in the driver's seat - NOT THEM. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle and stopped in just to look at trucks but not to purchase. Not Your Typical Car Buying Experience I don’t think anyone enjoys the car buying process. This was different. Scott doesn’t mess around. His office is plastered with sales awards and it is I don’t think anyone enjoys the car buying process. This was different. Scott doesn’t mess around.
