The car pictures were not the way they looked in person. Lack of communication we waited 3 hours to see the car. Let me start by saying that I LOVE the vehicle I purchased and I was impressed with my saleswoman, Senobia (and Samuel in the finance department). They were both fantastic and bent over backwards to purchased and I was impressed with my saleswoman, Senobia (and Samuel in the finance department). They were both fantastic and bent over backwards to get me into my dream truck at a price I felt comfortable with. But I'd say that's where the positives end. To be blunt, this dealership does not care about taking care of their inventory at all. The first vehicle I test drove (34k miles on it) had a cracked windshield, peeling paint on the front bumper, deep scuffs in the back of the SUV cargo area and was just dirty overall. The second vehicle I drove (only has 14k miles) is the one I purchased and although I got a decent deal on it - there is an oil spill on the hood that seems to have cured because it's not coming off. In addition to that - there were no floor mats included, all the exterior crevices have dirt build up, the plastic trim pieces have water spots all over them, it only had 2% oil life remaining and the coolant is low. This means they did not perform a service on it prior to delivery - and although they claimed it went through "detail", I don't think it had more than an automatic car wash. Like I said, the vehicle is my dream truck so I'm going to love it - but I'll never come back to Van if this is the level of service that can be expected for a $90k purchase. More
