Buyer beware, avoid like the plague. This dealership is horrible and do not care about customers. The dealership will lie to the customer to get a sale and then don't care after the fact. I was owed a gas card and then money instead but it never came. The sales rep I had never responded to phone calls and acted defensive about being called. I will never go there again. More

getting my old vet fixed The place was clean in mean clean . It was a joy to see the staff getting along so well. Coffee counter was cleaned and re organized every time a shuttle driver came back from a run. Not hard to understand that to problem my 2003 vet had would be fixed even though it was a hard one to nail down four hours in the waiting room and I was told it's fixed this was its third visit as I said it was a stubborn problem . Thanks Scott and crew for a great experience and I will let Scotsdale Audi know how well I was treated . Keep up the good work you should all be proud of how you treat your coustomers .
