We recently purchased a 2009 Kia Rondo from your used cars department. From the beginning this has been the most unsatisfying ordeal we have ever been through. It started with your salesman Brandon. Bra cars department. From the beginning this has been the most unsatisfying ordeal we have ever been through. It started with your salesman Brandon. Brandon has been rude and unhelpful from the beginning. We have dealt with Matt Cereta and Smiley as well. Both have not answered a single phone call since the deal was inked for the vehicle. Matt said that the car would be ready at 11:30am on Friday and that ready meant that the oil would've been changed and the vehicle would've been detailed from bumper to bumper including interior and engine. Well my wife arrived at 1:30 on Friday to pick the vehicle up. Brandon told her she was lying when she reminded him that Matt had stated the vehicle would've been ready for pick up two hours earlier than she arrived. He actually told her she was lying! The car was not actually ready until 6:30 that evening. So my wife sat at your dealership for five hours with our 2 month old son. She finally got in the vehicle and Brandon assured her that your dealership would take care of the detailing on Monday or Tuesday because the detail person was not on the premises. Ok, no big deal, but then she drove the car off the lot and noticed that the gas light was on. Your used car department sent my wife off the lot with an infant in a car with an empty gas tank, are you kidding me?! After stopping for gas, my wife arrived home and I noticed that the temporary tag and registration on the 2009 Kia Rondo, stated that the vehicle was a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. We called and were told that we would need to make another trip back to the dealership from New River so that we could get the correct temporary tag and registration. Needless to say we were both mildly frustrated at this point. But this frustration, that every one of your dealership's employees we have dealt with during this process have continually perpetuated, will only get worse. My wife called Monday to schedule the car detail that has been promised numerous times and Mike in used cars starts giving her the run around, stating that since her salesman Brandon isn't there today they wouldn't be able to detail the car. What does Brandon not being on the lot have to do with not detailing the car? Was Brandon going to do the detailing? I think not. So we spoke with Trina in customer relations. Trina assured me that if my wife brought the car in Monday evening that she would personally handle the situation. Apparently, Trina's idea of personally handling the situation involved telling the detail department to vacuum the car out. If vacuuming the car is your dealership's idea of a detail on a sold car, then that is simply the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. So my wife again spoke with Trina and stated that this was unsatisfactory, so Trina's bright idea was for us to make our fourth trip back to the dealership today to drop the vehicle off. The detail employee who showed off his detailing skills earlier by knowing how to vacuum out a vehicle suggested that we leave the vehicle overnight and pick it up this afternoon. Trip number five and my wife is currently sitting at your dealership and the car is still not detailed. This is completely unacceptable. I guess your dealership's policy is that as long as the car has been sold, you longer have to honor promises or statements. I thought maybe the stereotypical used car salesman that will say anything at all to get a sale was a myth. It appears I was very very wrong. I can assure you that due to the customer service we have received from all facets of your dealership we will never consider doing business with your dealership again. All of the review websites on the Internet will be getting a full report of our treatment, and the necessary individuals in your dealership will also be getting an earful. More

I had a written email offer from Daniel Luis Internet Sales Manager to buy a car which I accepted back in writing within a half an hour!! When I went to give my deposit I was advised that the car was sold but "I do have plenty of other vehicles to choose from." No thanks. I will buy from a dealer that won't screw me around. They wrecked my suburban while it was in for service and lied to cover it up. When they got caught, they lied again! Service had my car for 2 weeks to repair and when I got it back the repairs were f lied to cover it up. When they got caught, they lied again! Service had my car for 2 weeks to repair and when I got it back the repairs were far from decent! There are still dents, scratches, paint blobs, fisheyes in the paint, the door is popping, the Bose stereo isn't working right, my Ipod connection (that I had hard wired) doesn't work, the headliner front and back is pulled out with black fingerprints on it, when I drive on the highway it's so nosiy with wind coming through the gap in the door. We have given ample time for them to remedy with no results! BEWARE!! We are now seeking legal help to get them to buy or trade out this damaged car for one that's not. They are NOT willing to fix this problem so we have no choice. I Highly recommend STAYING AWAY from Van Chevrolet!! More
They advertise low prices in Phoenix Auto Guide and Automart but when you show up at the lot the prices on those exact(stk Number matches) are much higher. I looked at 2 vehicles and was given 6 differ Automart but when you show up at the lot the prices on those exact(stk Number matches) are much higher. I looked at 2 vehicles and was given 6 different prices. When I did show interest in a vehicle and was quoted an (out the door price) it was changed later to reflect Dealer Prep,TTL and Doc fees. What does out the door mean ? We had a very bad experience at his dealership and the tag team approach is getting old. The dealerships might realize some day that if you treat the consumer with honesty and respect your business will do well over the long term. The unimaginitive approach used is an insult to my intelligence and shows their lack of the same. More
