Scott Sanchez will be a difficult person for Van Chevrolet to replace to continue with the excellent quality of service Mr. Sanchez provided. We wish him well in his new endeavor! Manny Ramirez took care of our repair needs this time and we received satisfactory service! The service required was out of our budget but, apparently, necessary for our vehicle. Or, as we were told by another staff member of Van Chevrolet, the service writers receive commission on all repairs; hopefully, ours were needed repairs! More

I had to deal with an insurance company and both Steve and John went the extra mile to help out. The work done by Nicholas Martz was done very professionally very neat and clean. His current dealership didn't have the vehicle we wanted...so, he started looking at other dealers in the area. He spent all the time on the phone with us looking for the specific car. He found it, quickly, at a different dealer and we had the car two days later. We reviewed the car and it was fantastic. He went through all the features he knew we needed to see. Everything went fantastic with the salesperson and the young man in the financial department. Time spent for the whole time was very acceptable and we were off in our new vehicle. More
