Not hard to understand that to problem my 2003 vet had would be fixed even though it was a hard one to nail down four hours in the waiting room and I was told it's fixed this was its third visit as I said it was a stubborn problem . Thanks Scott and crew for a great experience and I will let Scotsdale Audi know how well I was treated . Keep up the good work you should all be proud of how you treat your coustomers . All for money My partner and I went to a tent sale. We happened to meet a salesman from Van Chevrolet. Cool dude. He was doing his job like a typical salesman. When My partner and I went to a tent sale. We happened to meet a salesman from Van Chevrolet. Cool dude. He was doing his job like a typical salesman. When it came to purchasing the vehicle, we met the sales manager. Obviously, he is the sales manager so he did his job and we purchased a vehicle. At the time of setting the deal, this manager promised so many things. "We will get your truck detailed" "I will leave the dash board for you" "Everything is going to be set and stone for Saturday" We ended up receiving the vehicle on Monday, with it being dirty, coffee stains on the steering wheel, no dashboard, and it was not even detailed. We then mention it to him and he said take it to the dealer and it will be done. We presents ourselves and we just get the boot. I understand these tent sales, they don't go as smooth as compared to actually purchasing a vehicle from the actual dealership, but if the so called manager promises something, he should be able to complete those promises and communicate with everybody so there's no tension. And on top off that, we never received out license plates. We had to go to the dealer to get them. More

Worst Experience Ever!! We had an appointment this morning at 9 am. Our sales rep, Richard, new that we wanted to test drive an Acadi Denali. When we arrived, he did not hav We had an appointment this morning at 9 am. Our sales rep, Richard, new that we wanted to test drive an Acadi Denali. When we arrived, he did not have one ready to test drive. Waited 30 mins- still no car- We said that we were leaving to go test drive an Explorer and we would be back in 30 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later - still no car. Two guys went off to get us one - 30 minutes sill no car. I have never experienced anything like this. If you are going to buy a GMC or Buick, PLEASE take your business elsewhere. You should get better service when spending $50,000. More

The Daly Brothers at Van are my new "Go to Guys" I was in the area and wanted to quickly stop by Van Chevrolet to check out a new color that had been released this year. With only a few minutes to sp I was in the area and wanted to quickly stop by Van Chevrolet to check out a new color that had been released this year. With only a few minutes to spare, I didn't want a member of the sales team walking around with me. I parked near the office and was welcomed by a friendly member of the sales team. I asked him where a truck with the new color was located and he was happy to point me in the right direction. I am a person who goes online to research most big purchases so I can compare options and prices. I already owned the same truck but three years older so I was familiar with most features and didn't need any help at that point. Once I decided on the color, I went to their website to preview the inventory. I found my truck and called up to speak with Ron Daly. He was able to give me the best deal around. It was good enough that we headed back down within the hour and purchased Two trucks. The transaction could not have been any smoother. Ironically, Ron's brother was the first sales member I spoke to when stopping by just to view the new color. These guys have have earned my business. More
