His team including Brian Hall ordered and delivered my truck in a short time. Paul Fried was very helpful getting me set up in the truck and went over in detail all of the new items in the truck. He also advised me on future services at the dealer and the advantages for using Van's facility. All in all I was and still am very satisfied with the new truck. More

Exception Salesperson After speaking with our salesperson, Bret, about the special savings GM put out on the 2018 Equinox and advising him of out additional GM Credit Card After speaking with our salesperson, Bret, about the special savings GM put out on the 2018 Equinox and advising him of out additional GM Credit Card savings, we gave him our needs for the new car. His current dealership didn't have the vehicle we wanted...so, he started looking at other dealers in the area. He spent all the time on the phone with us looking for the specific car. He found it, quickly, at a different dealer and we had the car two days later. We reviewed the car and it was fantastic. He went through all the features he knew we needed to see. Everything went fantastic with the salesperson and the young man in the financial department. Time spent for the whole time was very acceptable and we were off in our new vehicle. More

Split my windshield - Will not fix it I brought my car in for a warranty recall. I had a crack in my windshield, they managed to split it completely, then recommend that I use their glass I brought my car in for a warranty recall. I had a crack in my windshield, they managed to split it completely, then recommend that I use their glass company on-site to have it repaired. That's a nice racket you have there. I had to file a complaint with the attorney generals office due to the service managers response. They claim it was beyond their control. How about anyone with any bit of common sense knows not to wash a vehicle in hot weather when a window is cracked. They didn't wash it the first time I took it in so there was no reason for me to think that they were going to wash it this time. Shady! UPDATE: I had filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in which the dealership responded too with lies. Their controller said that my car was not washed while it was there. They did most definitely wash my car and I have witnesses and proof. More

Poor Customer Service in Sales Having been a customer of Van Chevrolet for 21 years and 3 cars, I was extremely disappointed on May 9, 2017.
