Lied to about work done and overcharged for amount used I have had my truck serviced to this facility 4 times. The first time, the service consultant lied to me about work I had asked to be done that was n I have had my truck serviced to this facility 4 times. The first time, the service consultant lied to me about work I had asked to be done that was not. This time (the 4th) I asked that the DEF fluid be topped off along with the service. I questioned the charge amount and was told they had put 4 gallons in. I said that is odd because I had just put 4 ½ gallons in (a 5 ½ gal tank) a few hundred miles ago so he went back and checked. After which he said OH, they only used 2 gallons and took 40 bucks off the bill.. I have major concerns that I have to verify everything that is done to: one, make sure it is done and two, that I am not being overcharged for what is done… Then I start wondering, are they really putting the right grade oil in and did they really change my fuel filter….
