DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Tons of unethical practices - had to file a dealership complaint with my financial institution bc they were part of their “preferred” dealerships and that was they onl practices - had to file a dealership complaint with my financial institution bc they were part of their “preferred” dealerships and that was they only way to get some sort of action taken... they continuously changed the numbers in the deal. Don’t work with Mike Nations (sales), Tristan Crook(finance), Keith Maldonado (internet management), Bret Glass (sale management), No matter how much you asked to speak to upper management like the GM they will just give you the run around and tell u he’s unavailable for two whole weeks! U can leave voicemails and you won’t get a reply. They will also treat u very xxxxty if u run into any issues with ur financing - I fell into this category due to an error that’s the dealership made within their systems connecting to the bank - I was approved and the bank told me so, I had my letter and such but the dealership couldn’t see this info on their system (apparently) and they called me a liar and told me they were not selling me the car and could no longer work with me bc I was a “Lyft “ driver and banks don like to work with Lyft drivers bc we don’t pay taxes and it’s not a real job! They became very unprofessional and rude - Id never seen such unprofessionalism. It’s a freaking zoo at this place! The fake deals and cheap prices are just that, don’t fall for the bait and switch!! Best dealership in town! My family buys all of our vehicles here and will continue to do so. The GM, Matt, is a great guy and our salesman, Scott Daly, was phenomenal. Scott was awesome, the only negative was on my drive home I opened the center console to find a McDonalds cup with soda in it and trash. Ron is approachable and quick and aggressive. Good and bad aggressive. He seems only interested in selling the car and not what you have to say. His directness can be overbearing. He does however have the ability to slow down intensity which i was grateful for. He was straight shooter and knows how to get the job done efficiently. Huge bonus as too many salesman (generally speaking, not VAN Chevy specifically) take too long to get keys or find the vehicle or forget paperwork. As far as VAN Chevy, either they don't care to mislead you with online price of used cars or they are OK with employees who lie about pricing. Either way online pricing is NOT the actual price of the car, expect 2000 dollars more than advertised as "non-negotiable". The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. Upper management will show an interest in you and willing to help get the deal approved! Great experience with finance manager, quick and polite, actually felt like he cared I was there. Overall this was better than most car buying experiences. More

Contacted about a vehicle they had on Facebook... was told it was available and if I could look at it the next day.(This was going to be a cash deal). Called me several time and texted that morning , was told it was available and if I could look at it the next day.(This was going to be a cash deal). Called me several time and texted that morning , was told vehicle had no issues...upon arrival was told the vehicle sold that night 🤔so...was shown a different vehicle (same year /make) that had every check engine/warning light flashing literally a xxx is being kind to this vehicle. It was so bad that the attendant could only test drive it around the parking lot. Then gave me a price that was 3x higher than the first one 🤦♀️ Upon trying to leave...The salesman ( Justin) who came across as extremely arrogant proceeded to follow me and my friend to my car and continued to harass us in the parking lot. These people sell overpriced crap vehicles. Definition of scammers. Would recommend going somewhere more reputable where salespersons are more professional and refrain from harassing customers while they are In their own vehicles. More
