When I questioned their being $4378 in tax title and fees was given the runaround. Reached out and spoke with a sales manager and was then told the price was $5888 plus $894 in fees. When I asked if I could get the car at the $4988 price was told that the True Car price of $5888 was right and that I would be spending close to $8000 out the door. I then asked for a break down and was immediately hung up on! Very unprofessional.I just wanted the right price out the door and ended up with 3 different prices! More

Bait and switch and then bullying Found a truck online and contacted the dealership. I put in all my information online, including loan preapproval. Get there, contact came out with no mask, didn't know about the appt but I have emails and appt info. She finds another sales person. We drive around the lots for 20 minutes looking for the truck in question. I had the vin and stock number. Then proceed to sit for 1 1/2 hours - this included them trying to re-take my information. Trying to sell me trucks that didn't meet my needs nor in my budget. They took my keys to value my trade in and I finally had to demand my keys back. Once I get my keys, the guy tries to keep me there with his manager. Manager again tries to get me to pre-order a truck - again out of my price range and not to my specs. I had to raise my voice in order to leave. Unethical at best. More

Avoid the Incompetence My son asked me to co-sign a car loan for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. After a test drive he started the loan process and My credit recieved "4 Duplicate Har My son asked me to co-sign a car loan for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. After a test drive he started the loan process and My credit recieved "4 Duplicate Hard Inquiries" over 2 days only to find out that the car was already sold. They dealership then tried to "switch" him to a less desireable vehicle and he walked. It is obvious the dealership went loan shopping" and it wasn't until several months later during the refinance of my home mortgage that I uncover the affects of their incompetence. More

I communicated with a sales manager wh UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS WHO ARE ENDANGERING THE PUBLIC ! I contacted them about a very very specific vehicle. I communicated with a sales manager who made a sales appointment for me with another sales manager. I told them that I was a physician who is practicing during the pandemic and that my time was EXTREMELY limited ,as I am constantly working and exposed. I told the manager that my kids aren’t even staying with me in the same house to avoid contamination only to arrive AND NO CAR WAS THERE. They had me scheduled to see a totally different car. On top of that every person I came into contact with WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. They tried to shuffle and delay to figure what happened while nobody was wearing a mask. I saw what was happening and walked out in a big huff. I wasn’t going to wait there while some salesman potentially infects me to tell me a lie and an empty apology for wasting my time. I let them know I was going to leave a negative review for lying to me, wasting my time, putting me at risk, and the insanely unprofessional behavior by 2 managers. I drove 64 miles round trip and wasted the only day off I will have for at least 3 weeks to see no car and to be greeted by staff that who are not wearing masks indoor with no circulated air. Oh but the manager did put one on as he approached my car to stop me from leaving. I am in awe at the sales tactics of this place. This is literally the type of dealer that makes customers despise dealerships . My experience there will drive me to do business with online car sales and hope places like this go out of business as the market shifts with Covid 19. The manager came out and tried to tell me that the car was on a truck in the back ( another lie because these trucks don’t sit parked over the weekend with cars on them. They drop them off and go ) only for me to arrive home to find the same car ( literally ) listed for sale at another dealership. So essentially these lying dealerships are padding their inventory because, although we are in a severe pandemic, they sold most of their inventory. So essentially they will lie to you to try to sell you a different car or just lie to you until the car arrives or can be sourced from another dealership. I specifically contacted a manager because I was trying to avoid wasting my time. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. What made me really upset is when you look at their Yelp reviews there are several other complaints from local residents who had the same tactic applied. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A DISASTER! There are complaints on everything from the exact tactic that was employed on me to sleazy financing tactics. BUYER BEWARE More
