Outstanding sales and service! My new Nissan Versa I had for only 4 months was totaled in a rear end accident. I was in the market for a new Nissan Versa to replace it. I checked at My new Nissan Versa I had for only 4 months was totaled in a rear end accident. I was in the market for a new Nissan Versa to replace it. I checked at 3 other dealerships due to their internet pricing. They either didn't have a car available without all the extras I didn't need or want or wouldn't honor the internet price. So I called Valley Nissan where I had bought the first one. After I had talked to Nolan and told him of my experience he said that he would take care of me and send me an email with their best offer. He did exactly that. He beat the lowest internet price by almost $1000. I told him that I was off Wednesday and would be down to see him then. True to his word, he not only had the car I wanted,but it was detailed,gassed up, paperwork already at the price he quoted and were driving out of the dealership with our new car in less than 1 hour. To me that is outstanding service. Nolan even drove the rental car back to Enterprise car rental for me. Now that's is going above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan to take the drive to Valley Nissan on Ken Pratt Blvd. I know they will treat you right. Al Murray More

Stranded in Colorado My son was visiting from Minnesota and got stranded in Longmont on a Saturday afternoon. He took his car to a national chain repair shop, which was g My son was visiting from Minnesota and got stranded in Longmont on a Saturday afternoon. He took his car to a national chain repair shop, which was going to charge $2,000 to replace the steering rack and the power steering pump. Since they could not fix it until Monday, I immediately called Valley Nissan and talked to the Service Manager Nate. Nate had the vehicle picked up and did the same repair for $1,100. He kept me informed the whole time, and really took care of us in a pinch. A lesson learned here is that the dealerships don't always charge more! Thanks to Nate and his crew!! More
