We purchased a 2022 Rogue. My wife wanted a car with AWD that was economical, so she thought she would try the Rogue. The car had issues from the start. 1) The throttle has a 3-4 second lag off the start, sometimes putting you in a dangerous situation when pulling out in traffic, we had it in 3 times for this. 2) We had the climate controller replaced twice as it wouldn’t work on individual settings or come off Auto. 3) The blind spot didn’t work and had the controller replaced twice and finally took it to another dealer. 4) Rogue has a gas smell issue and Nissan is aware of this since 2021. We had it in 3 times and took it to another dealer. 5) The tailgate only opened with your foot when it wanted, they said there was anything they could do. When you buy a new car $40K you expect not to have anything fixed for years or we would just buy used. We will never buy again from Valley Nissan or Nissan in general, because we feel they are very cheap to save money. We didn’t want to go through the Lemon law, as would have just ended up with another one. We traded it off for the CR-V and wow talk about quality, they are so much better built. We contacted the dealer concerning the extended warranty to be canceled, they said we couldn’t unless we bought another car from Valley! More

Sales agent used a tactic to get me to dealership at night time hours to discover vehicle couldn’t be test driven because service department had the keys! I discovered car backed up in a dark lot behind building which I thought was odd. My gut instinct was correct on signing contract car was delivered to me at nighttime a week later to discover the car had been involved in accident driver-door scratched with big dents all the way down to back rear rocket panel. I informed sales manager they would work it out to be lied to by Finance manager Robin Who said they would not only fix convertible top but get the damaged repaired period ! I feel that since I paid. Retail rates above Kbb they should have told me about damage. They repaired the top now telling me no way will they keep there word about having body damaged repaired! I would have kept my other Z why would I want a car with body damaged! I put thousands down gave my trade in same year which they hardly gave me enough for trade in allowance.they were deceitful for them to inform not there problem it’s going to be at my expense. This car is a disappointment why would I buy a used car at a retail rate when they should have been communicated in Ad and on buyers contract. Beware of these cons they will tell you one thing to make you sign the contract then not follow through 💯 then they told me the softtop was repaired to discover they pulled up with vehicle the second time to be disappointed with a glue job performed soft top wouldn’t retract back. I contacted them again told me we will finally replace it if you sign another contract for financing. I received a callback from finance department acting like they were truly sorry and would make everything work out. Contacted Robin a week ago who told me I could bring car by on a weds Am she communicated on a second occasion we will get that scratch fixed etc! Then I called her the next week to get an email telling me Troy Gm said tough luck we fixed the top and that costed us more then to be expected we can get it fixed on your expense. I went through xxxx and back being without my car for weeks! I spent money on gas traveled hours to put up with these fraudulent dealership! They did give me a loaner car. I appreciated the top being fixed but discovered by there service department the top motor isn’t going to hold up and needs replaced. I now have to spend thousands to get damaged repaired. Lesson to be learned test drive your car inspect it in daytime not everyone will be honest. These people will tell you anything to close the deal. Don’t buy from them . The worst experience in my lifetime. I don’t like to complain but with this circus events I definitely will let everyone know. I have a friend that’s works for the news station they will be interviewing me on this situation. More
I had a friend travel 600 miles round trip to purchase a 2023 Nissan 400Z and pay cash for the car. He was within a few miles from the dealer. I was in contact with a salesman as Jeremy (the manager) whom 2023 Nissan 400Z and pay cash for the car. He was within a few miles from the dealer. I was in contact with a salesman as Jeremy (the manager) whom I spoke to earlier was with another customer. I'm guessing since they called my friend and asked if they could let someone sit in the car, Jeremy was showing the 400Z to the other customer! We had both been in contact with the dealer to let them know my friend was close to arriving until suddenly they stopped taking my calls when I tried on two different numbers! My friend had a cash proposal, which he agreed to. This is a poor way to run a business. I do not recommend this dealer! More
Went in to purchase a vehicle. Showed them my trade in truck and got a very low offer. $4,000 lower than what other dealers were offering. Strike one. Decided to still buy with them and trade my truck in elsewhere. Nothing in stock I wanted. Received a call that they had a truck for me. Only problem is that it was not what I wanted. Different model. Strike two. So I waited for over a month and was told the truck I wanted is comming in. They traded with another dealership to make this happen. Was not on the lot but would be soon. I made an appointment to buy the truck. I Called before my appointment. Was told they sold the truck. They specifically traded for this truck for me and I made an appoitment. Strike three. Was told they do not reserve cars. I should have been in sooner. Well they never called to say the truck was in. So to make it right they wanted me to put money down on a different truck to reserve it. After I was told they never reserve cars. Strike four. I Should have left after strike one. So I took my business elsewhere. All they care about is selling a car now not turning customers into life long clients. Very bad business pratices for someone in sales. It is worth the drive to go where you will be treated fair and right. More
Robin Eveland is an incredibly rude person. Definitely would not recommend going through them for the purchase of your next vehicle. The way she speaks to customers is incredibly surprising. I have to say that this dealership was awesome to work with on the repair of my Xterra, I love my truck and decided to get the timing chain tensioners, guides and water pump replaced. This is the first time it's been in the shop for anything other than oil change, tires, brakes. they have a mechanic, Alex, who can do this in his sleep i think. He did it fast and my Xterra runs GREAT! Quinton and Chris, the Service Advisors were awesome with assisting me to get this done. They arranged a loaner car for me to have while my car was being worked on and everything turned out the best way possible. I've purchased two new vehicles in the past and will continue going to this dealership! More
